Welcome to Weave Mind. Weave Mind helps users create personalized learning paths from text prompts. Our service uses AI to generate learning paths made up of learning nodes — short audio files that contain learning material. Protecting your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Personal information you provide: email address (for waitlist, account, or communications), display name, and any profile information you choose to submit.
  • Content you create: prompts, generated learning paths, and any text or media you upload. This includes the inputs used to produce audio learning nodes.
  • Usage data: analytics, device and browser information, IP address, and logs that help us operate and improve the service.

How we use your information

We use collected information to provide, maintain, and improve Weave Mind. Typical uses include:

  • Generating learning paths and audio nodes from prompts.
  • Delivering account and product-related communications.
  • Analyzing usage to improve features and reliability.
  • Preventing abuse and securing the service.

AI processing and generated content

We use AI models to transform user prompts into learning paths and audio nodes. When you submit prompts or content, that data may be processed by third-party AI services. We may store the prompts, the generated learning paths, and resulting audio to provide the service and let you access or edit your content later.

If you have concerns about how your prompts are used for model improvement by third parties, please contact us (see Contact below) and we will provide available options.

Cookies and tracking

We may use cookies and similar technologies to enable core functionality, remember preferences, and collect analytics. You can control cookie preferences in your browser; blocking cookies may affect how parts of the service function.

Advertising and marketing

We may show advertising to users on the free tier. To deliver and measure ads, our providers may use cookies or mobile identifiers and receive limited information such as device identifiers, general location, and coarse usage analytics. We do not show ads to Pro plan subscribers. You can also manage ad preferences in your device settings and opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link included in those emails.

Third-party services

We may share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf (for example: hosting, analytics, email delivery, AI providers). These parties are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide those services.

Payments and subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription (for example, via the Apple App Store), payments are processed by the applicable platform. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. We may receive limited information related to your purchase such as a transaction ID, a receipt, subscription status, and the product purchased, which we use to activate, validate, and support your subscription.

Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove or anonymize personal data as required by applicable law, though backups may persist for a limited time.

International data transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards to protect your information in accordance with applicable laws.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to help protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; therefore we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

  • Access, update, or delete: You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. If you have an account, you may also request account deletion. See the Delete Account page or contact us.
  • Communications: You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails. We may still send transactional or account-related messages.
  • Ads: Manage ad preferences in your device or browser settings. Pro plan subscribers will not see ads in the app experience.
  • Regional rights: Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable law. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Children's privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take steps to remove the information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date above and, where appropriate, notify you of material changes.
