Overview of Weave Mind

Weave Mind is an audio learning app offered via weavemind.app and our official mobile applications, providing a curated library of audio lessons ("Nodes") organized into Learning Paths designed to help you master subjects and grow across five core areas of mind: Analytical, Creative, Empathetic, Systemic, and Contemplative. Your "My Mind" dashboard visualizes growth as you progress from Explorer to Polymath.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

Accounts and Waitlist

You may join a waitlist or create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Free and Pro Plans

We offer a free tier and an optional paid Pro plan. The Pro plan benefits include: (a) an ad-free experience, and (b) access to Pro Learning Paths that are not available on the free tier. Plan features and pricing may change; we will notify you of material changes where required by law.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewal

If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us (or our payment processor or the applicable app store) to charge the stated fees to your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Taxes may be added as required by law. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price. You can manage or cancel your subscription in the platform where you subscribed (e.g., Apple App Store or within your account settings).

Refunds are handled according to our policies and, if purchased through an app store, the applicable store’s refund policies. Some jurisdictions may provide statutory rights that are not affected by these Terms.

Content and License

The Service includes content created by Weave Mind, by third parties, and by you (collectively, "Content"). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service and Content for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and any applicable usage rules from app stores.

You retain ownership of your user-generated content. By submitting content (including prompts), you grant Weave Mind a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, and display your content as necessary to operate and improve the Service. When we use AI to transform prompts into Learning Paths and audio nodes, your inputs and outputs may be processed by third-party AI providers; see our Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable Use

• Do not violate laws or infringe intellectual property rights.
• Do not upload, generate, or share content that is unlawful, hateful, or abusive.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service.
• Do not circumvent access controls or interfere with security features.

Third-Party Services and EULA

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment processors, AI providers, app stores). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms.

If you download or use Weave Mind via the Apple App Store, your use is also governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). You can review the EULA here: Apple Media Services Standard EULA. To the extent these Terms conflict with the EULA, the EULA will control for apps obtained through the Apple App Store.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time, and you can request account deletion; see our Privacy Policy or the Delete Account page for more information.

Disclaimers

The Service and all Content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not guarantee any specific learning outcomes or level advancement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weave Mind and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Weave Mind is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles. Where applicable, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may apply.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date above and, where appropriate, provide notice of material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
